2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Excellent Body Shop is an auto body and paint facility specializing in the restoration and repair of vehicles. Services include, but are not limited to:

Collision Repair and Full Vehicle Restoration.

Precision Body Repairs and Dent Removal (including PDR).

Advanced Paint Solutions, Scratch Removal, and Full Body Repainting.

Assistance with Insurance Claims.

3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

a. Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates following a thorough, on-site inspection of your vehicle. b. Nature of Estimates: Estimates are based on the visually observable damage and prevailing costs for parts and labor at the time of inspection. c. Final Cost Variation: The final price may differ from the initial estimate if hidden damage is discovered during the dismantling or repair process, or if parts prices fluctuate. We commit to notifying you of any material changes and securing your written or verbal approval before proceeding with additional, unestimated work. d. Payment Responsibility: The vehicle owner is ultimately responsible for the full payment of all services rendered, regardless of any agreements or payments made by an insurance provider.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND VEHICLE AUTHORIZATION

a. Booking: Services require an appointment, which must be confirmed by our team. b. Authorization to Repair: By leaving your vehicle with Excellent Body Shop, you authorize us to perform the necessary repair work detailed in the final approved estimate. c. Storage: While your vehicle is on our premises (3890 Northwest 132nd Street, Opa-locka, Florida 33054), we take reasonable steps to ensure its security. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or any personal property left inside, resulting from theft, fire, or any other cause beyond our direct control.

5. INSURANCE CLAIMS

We are committed to providing a stress-free experience by working with all major insurance providers. While we will manage the paperwork, communication, and claim process on your behalf, we act as an intermediary, and the vehicle owner remains primarily responsible for satisfying all deductible, betterment, or non-covered amounts.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY

We offer a comprehensive written warranty covering the workmanship and quality of the materials used in the auto body and paint services performed. Details regarding the specific duration, coverage, and exclusions of this warranty will be provided to the customer upon completion of the repair work. The warranty does not cover subsequent damage caused by neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Excellent Body Shop Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of use, revenue, or profit) arising out of or related to our services. Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the total cost of the services rendered for that specific repair.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for the resolution of any disputes.

9. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information (phone number and email), you consent to receive communication, including service updates, billing notifications, and occasional marketing messages, from Excellent Body Shop Corporation. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Excellent Body Shop reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
